Ingredients
  • Eggs: 3
  • Oil: 2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
  • Pour 1 tsp oil into a non-stick pan to warm. Try and use a pan with a small depression in the middle, this helps to hold the egg in the centre.
  • When the oil is hot, carefully break the eggs into the centre of the pan and let it cook. You will see the edges of the eggs turning golden brown.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  • Run a flat spoon or spatula under the egg to ensure, it does not stick to the pan.
  • Carefully remove the egg on a plate and enjoy a simple yet effective breakfast.
